Month Planner Properties

When a month planner layout is selected, the Month Planner tab page is displayed in the main Calendar Wizard dialog. This tab allows to customize the month planner layout properties:

The options include:

Start With First Day Of: specifies whether the first day row will be the first day of the month or the first day of the current week. If the week is selected, then the layout will always start with Monday or Sunday (or other days specified for the current calendar locale).

Body Frame specifies the background and border properties for the whole day area (excluding the title).

Show Days Of Previous/Next Months allows to show the days of previous or next months in the empty cells at the beginning/end of the planner.

Optimize Layout Of Each Month makes each month's layout to be recalculated independently to ensure maximum space available for each day row. This could be a good solution for a single month layout however when creating more than one page, this will cause each page to have different cell size and possible the fonts on each page will be of different size. So, when generating more than one page of this layout or when using multi-month layouts, it's not recommended to use this option.

Highlight Holidays/Highlight Weekends makes each weekend and holiday row to be drawn with its own font and background as specified in the Row Properties dialog (see below). When disabled, each row is drawn using normal day properties.

Title controls have the same effect as in the Large Calendar layout.

Columns specify the number of columns in the layout. Allowed values are between 1 and 5. Note that this option is not available when a multi-month layout is selected.

Column Spacing specifies a relative horizontal spacing between day rows.

Row Spacing specifies a relative vertical spacing between day rows.

Column/Row Dividers specify the properties of vertical/horizontal lines separating day rows.

Edit Row Properties button invokes the Month Planner Row Properties dialog:
