Default How to make objects appear on the screen in real size?

When I work on a document in CorelDRAW, is there a way to make it so that an object 5" in the document is shown on the screen so that it actually measures 5"? Currently when I set zoom to 100% the object size doesn't really correspond to the size I specify in the document.
