change default bullet in Corel 9

Hi all,

I am trying to change the default bullet using the styles properties in Tools>Options>Documents dialogue, but no luck. I have changed all the available properties such as default paragraph text, bullet 1,2,3 and so on but when I click the bullet icon the same old default one pops up. If I right click and choose Styles the new bullet shows up, but I would like to get the bullet icon menu button to apply the bullet I would like. Any ideas?
