New macros: Oberon Object Tiler & Oberon Color Replacer

Two latest macros for CorelDRAW 10/11 are in some sense re-makes of older scripts.

• Object Tiler allows to duplicate selected object(s) horizontally and/or vertically with the ability to place crop marks around them.
• Color Replacer allows you to quickly look for and replace colors in fills and outlines at the same time.

we definitely need to go with a different color scheme ...mayb a darker blue and somehow get rid of the yellow in the "new post" icon...some other color
