Curveworks Fillet Gives Visual Basic Error

I'm attempting to put a .050" fillet on the two sharp corners in the attached drawing using Curveworks. I was able to apply this fillet to the bottom two corners, but when I try to apply it to the top corners, I get the following error message:

I cannot help you with code errors but I can help you to find a workaround. You have several overlapping nodes causing macro's errors. Remove them manually or using CleanUpNodes from the same CurveWorks macro.

Overlapping nodes were, indeed, causing the problem.
