Cannot Install Calendar Wizard 4.1

I have downloaded the Calendar Wizard zip file for Corel Draw 12, and yet when I go to install it, it says it cannot install because: "Unable to Create Folder", then another window that says:unable to locate target folder "\Draw\GMS". I am already running a previous version on my system. Could this possibly affect the installation?
