Thanks to Debbie Cook who provided the control mechanism code and made this an addictively fun script! This is a simple script but unexpectedly rich in effect. Enter the number of orbits and orbit radius to produce the mask.
The above design was an 36 orbit run, filled with red, then over it a 12 orbit run, image invert and transparent blue applied through the mask. An amazingly useful script!
