Orbit Scripts by Alex LinkAspinxorIt is necessary to combine objects to background and have an empty alpha channel. One mask is required placed in the right half of the document. The center of the document is the center of rotation. Use guidelines for precision placements. The mask used here is a rectangle with an oval "hole" in it. Enter the number of masks to be spun and an XOR mask is generated. The alpha channel now contains the XOR mask as well as all the stage masks. (If more than 20 masks, deal with them in the channels docker). Fill the mask to see its shape. The XOR mask may be used in a multitude of ways with Photo-Paint effects and filters requiring a mask. This mask uses the MaskAffineDistort command for which I am indebted to Alex Vakulenko, my host, for a sample script demonstrating how the affine commands work. The potential of this script for a vast variety of effects is astonishing! The beautiful icon in the page header was created by spinning a modeled boomerang mask in 24 steps.
